At Fragranticoo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We believe in the authenticity and quality of every fragrance we deliver, but we also understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for your peace of mind.


Eligibility for Return

 

You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, only under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product (different from what was ordered).

  • The product arrived in a damaged or broken condition (must be proven with photos).

  • You received a defective or leaked product (not caused by mishandling after delivery).

Returns are NOT accepted in the following cases:

 

  • If the product is used or broken.

  • If the return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

  • If the original condition of the item has been tampered with.

How to Initiate a Return

 

To request a return or exchange:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Clear Photos of the Product (in case of damage or wrong item)

Our support team will review your request and contact you within 24-48 hours via email or phone.

 

Return Shipping Process

 

Once your return is approved:

  • We will guide you on where and how to ship the product back.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition with all included items (if any).
  • Return shipping charges may be paid by the customer, unless the error was on our end.

Tip: Use a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure safe return delivery.

 

Refund Policy

 

We issue refunds only in specific situations:

  • If the item you ordered is out of stock after payment.

  • If the product was prepaid, and a valid return was accepted due to damage/wrong item.

Refunds are processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

 

Important Notes:

 

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cannot be refunded in cash. You must provide a bank/Easypaisa/JazzCash account for the refund.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return was due to our mistake.

Exchange Policy

 

If you received the wrong item or a damaged product and wish to exchange:

  • We will arrange the replacement after receiving and verifying the returned item.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the desired product is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or refund.

Q1: Can I return a perfume if I don’t like the scent?
A: Yes. If the product is not misused, we do accept returns based on personal preferences or scent mismatch.

Q2: What if my perfume doesn’t have a box?
A: These perfumes are imported without original boxes and so you don't need to worry about the authenticity which is guaranteed.

Q3: My order was delayed. Can I get a refund?
A: Shipping delays caused by courier services are beyond our control and not eligible for refunds.

Q4: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after item inspection and return approval.
